Excel spreadsheets are all very well, but somebody has to enter all the details.
We record all the contract details, term mileage, driver changeovers, department start and stop dates, vehicle logs, etc., so you don’t have to.
It costs more to send a vehicle back “under” mileage, than it does “over” mileage!
We manage driver mileage input every month and report their actual against contract. This gives you the opportunity to consider your actual usage and change if necessary.
