Excel spreadsheets are all very well, but somebody has to enter all the details.
We record all the contract details, term mileage, driver changeovers, department start and stop dates, vehicle logs, etc., so you don’t have to.
It costs more to send a vehicle back “under” mileage, than it does “over” mileage!
We log driver mileage inputs every month and report their actual against contract, so you can decide if amendments are required.
